Jon Reynoso is the Founder and Operating Partner of Metta Growth Capital, a real estate investment firm based in the greater Chicagoland area. With a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong commitment to wealth creation, Jon began his journey in the world of real estate inspired by his father's successful ventures in rental properties.
As a Marine Corps veteran and a dedicated graduate degree student, Jon's journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication and discipline. While he pursues his graduate studies, Jon continues to drive Metta Growth Capital's success, specializing in asset acquisition and providing crucial support for asset management.
Jon is not alone in his pursuit of excellence. He is aligned with key principals and operating partners who share his vision for the company's growth. Together, they harness their collective expertise to source the best investments and execute repositioning strategies.
As he balances the demands of academia and entrepreneurship, Jon remains dedicated to driving Metta Growth Capital's success. His multifaceted approach reflects his dynamic role as an operating partner in the commercial multi-family investment space.

Edward Gonzalez
Edward Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of EGK Enterprises in Chicagoland, is a retired US Marine Sergeant Major with 21 years of commendable service, including multiple combat tours and advisory roles in the UAE. Now working with the US Marshals Service as a Regional Project Manager, he oversees federal inmate movements nationwide. Edward's real estate journey began with investing in single-family homes during his military postings, eventually pivoting to multi-family properties and syndication. Leveraging his military expertise, Edward excels in asset management and relationship building, ensuring optimal opportunities and effective repositioning strategies for his associates and investors.
Mustaafa Waalee
Mustaafa Waalee, the Founder and Operating Partner of M&B Prestige Investments in the Chicagoland area, stands out for his acute understanding of real estate's role in wealth creation. Specializing in the acquisition of strategic B and C grade properties in emerging markets, he ensures robust returns for their portfolio. Collaborating with his partner, Briana, Mustaafa also excels in investor relations, leveraging a rich IT background and his Army Reserves experience. Residing in Chicago, IL, he consistently embodies values of respect, integrity, and professionalism in every endeavor.
